This book consists of two parts.

In the first part the history of the Romans in Switzerland is handled. The chronological course of events, the road network, market, religion and further one are dealt with in this case.

In the second part finds in Switzerland become - in particular also remains of buildings - described. Next to a detailed declaration, there is sometimes a rough draft showed. Furthermore it is noted in each case whether the place of discovery was preserved, or rather visible is. According to these information I visited many objects.

This book gives a good insight into the "Roman Switzerland".
