This book is about the whole time of the roman history. From the royal time up to Byzantium (AD 565).

The history of the civil wars and the early empire is handled relatively in detail. Also the time of the migration and the end of West Rome is explained in details.

In addition are different topics explained: duty career, residential buildings, slaves and roman right.

It is a question of an excellent view of the whole history. Basis was the newer state of the art.
